Cooper's stamp of approval

On Saturday we picked up some carpet samples for our living room. I walked upstairs and found Cooper taking a nap on them. I think they have Cooper's stamp of approval!

This carpet is so soft.

Wall-E

We took the kids to see Walle on friday. They loved it. They thought Walle was a really funny robot. We took this picture just outside of the theatre.

Little Helper Cooper

My mom and I had to go to Good Earth, and Cooper thought he needed to come along. He got a cart and thought he was hot stuff. He loves the little shaker bottles.

Ronald McDonald

Here are more pictures of the kids with Ronald McDonald.

Trading with the Lane's

Amy and I have been trading during the summer. She takes my kids for three hours one day, and I do the same. It has been so much fun for the kids. Last week I had the kids the day my floor guy came, so we ended up at the McDonalds playground.

Re-finishing the Hard Wood Floors

We finally got our hardwood floors re-finished. It took three days and we had to be out of the house. They are finally done. We should have done this years ago. We absolutely love them. The kids eating dinner the night before.
Can you see how pretty they were before?

We added an entry in our living room.

You can actually see the grain.

Cooper and Halle

After we went to the movie, we had pizza at Westmore. We came home and Cooper and Halle rode bikes. They were so cute riding up and down the sidewalk. After riding for a while they played in the sprinklers. Cooper giving Halle a ride.
Say Cheese.

They wouldn't put the hose down.

Summer Movies at the Scera

Today we went to see "Surfs Up" at the Scera theatre. The kids love going to the movies. We got to take Halle today. The kids had so much fun, and Kenzie felt so big helping me get the kids treats.

Spa Day

Ashley, Kathrina, and I cashed in our mother's day gifts. We had a four hour (maybe a little longer) spa day. It was so much fun. I have never done anything like this before. I got a pedicure followed by a one hour massage. After that I got a facial, my eyebrows waxed, and a manicure. It was absolutely amazing. Everyone should try it once. It was the best mother's day gift ever.

Betty's Fun In The Sun Parade

Betty has been doing "Fun in the Sun" with the kids on tuesday and thursday. She does a craft for an hour, and then they swim for an hour. My kids absolutely love it. This week they got to decorate their scooters and parade around the neighborhood.

Swimming Lessons

The kids started swimming lessons this week. They had so much fun. It was so hard for them to wait all day since their lessons didn't start until 5:15 pm. Tanner thought he had to go first every day. He has improved so much since last year. Cooper's favorite part is when Pam has him dive for toys. He loves her swim toys. Kenzie is doing so well. This is her sixth year in swimming. Pam said we should put her on a swim team and that she should teach when she gets older. Cooper swimming with Pam.

Taking down the basketball hoop

On Ashley's birthday we went to Tucano's for lunch. After lunch we were hanging out in the front yard, and the boys thought it would be a good idea to take down the basketball hoop. They thought it would be fast and easy. A couple of hours later, and after many laughs, it finally came tumbling down.

Our New Car

On the last day of school Kevin thought it would be a good idea to go "look" at cars. We went to they Toyota dealership, and came home with this.

Teddy bear picnic

Tanner had a teddy bear picnic at school on thursday. Cooper and I came with him and we walked over to the red park and ate lunch at 9:30 am. Talk about a party. They loved it, and Cooper felt like one of the kids in Tanner's class.

Westmore Dance Festival

The kids dance festival was on Tuesday. They had so much fun and did such a good job. Kenzie was so excited because she got to do the parachute this year.

Midway for Memorial Day

We went with my family to a cabin in Midway for Memorial day weekend. The weather wasn't very good, but we had a blast. The kids had so much fun playing with their cousins. The girls got to make cards, tags, and gifts bags, and the guys went and saw Indiana Jones. It was a great relaxing weekend. Frosting sugar cookies.
